Love our wood wick candle scents but would prefer a reed diffuser instead? Look no further!

You can find all of our standard scents here, in a 200ml bottle. The best part about reed diffusers is that they can last as long as 6 months! That's a long time of keeping your home smelling absolutely gorgeous. 

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR REED DIFFUSER:

  1. Twist off the gold lid on the diffuser bottle before attemtping to remove the plastic plug. Twist the gold lid back onto the bottle before inserting the reed sticks.
  2. Flip the reed sticks weekly to refresh the scent.
  3. Keep the diffuser away from direct sunlight and heat sources to allow for slow oil evaporation.
  4. It is recommended to place the diffuser on a coaster or plate to protect surfaces from spills or oil damage.

Pick Up Of Orders

Nizar offers ‘Local Pick Up’ for all orders.

Pick up is available from the following address:

  • Please wait for an email/text message confirmation that your order is ready to pick up before you come.
  • Please email what day and time you would like to pick up at candywicks@nizarh.com
  • Orders must be picked up within 2 weeks of receiving your notification that it is ready. Orders will be cancelled and refunded after 2 weeks.
  • Pick up of orders is available Monday - Saturday, 10:00am - 5:00pm. We are CLOSED on Sundays.
  • Please note that 5-7 business days is required to process orders before they are ready for pick up. 

 

Refund Policy

  1. Any home decor item such as candles & parfum can be exchanged/returned and refunded when notified within 72 hours of receiving the item. Any item returned/exchanged must be unused and in original condition and original packaging, undamaged.

  2. Please contact me as soon as possible at candywicks@nizarh.com if there are any issues or you have any questions. I will do my best to assist you.

Private information collected during the check-out process will be used exclusively for dispatching your order. Your information will not be used for any other purpose than providing to Australia Post for delivery of goods purchased.

Wood wick candles

Wooden wicks work a little differently to traditional cotton wicks. They are a bit trickier. When initially burning a fresh candle, it may take a few goes to get it going. But once burning, it should burn consistently with that beautiful crackling that you want. Sometimes a little patience is all that it needs.

Try to maintain a 5mm wood wick height as this is the optimal height for consistent burning. Trim your wick after every burn.

Do not leave burning unattended.
