Make-Your-Own Candle Bar
By popular demand, Nizar. is now offering custom candles! Have you ever wanted one of our popular scents, but in a different jar? Different toppings? Now you can!
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Select your preferred vessel, scent & toppings. (You will need to tell me your preferred scent in the notes section of check-out.)
2. Your candle will be made to order and completed with a label with your selected scent and even your name on it! The name used in your delivery details will be used for the label. However, if you would like a different name used, just include the name in the notes section when checking out.
PLEASE NOTE
As a standard, all candles will include our signature wood wick.
Your preferred scent MUST come from one of our current existing collections.
Regular processing times of 3-5 business days apply to this service.

Nizar ships worldwide.
Please note for domestic orders that orders are sent via Sendle and therefore we cannot send to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
Nizar offers flat rate shipping fees on all orders as outlined below!

Express $12.00 (AUD) 1 - 4 Business Days
2. Rest of the world
$50.00 (AUD) 6 - 27 Business Days
3. Local Delivery (delivered by Candy personally)
Up to 10km from Nizar studio - $10 (AUD)
10km-20km from Nizar studio - $15 (AUD)

Pick Up Of Orders
Nizar offers ‘Local Pick Up’ for all orders.
Pick up is available from the following address:

- Please wait for an email/text message confirmation that your order is ready to pick up before you come.
- Please email what day and time you would like to pick up at candywicks@nizarhandmade.com
- Orders must be picked up within 2 weeks of receiving your notification that it is ready. Orders will be cancelled and refunded after 2 weeks.
- Pick up of orders is available Monday - Saturday, 10:00am - 5:00pm. We are CLOSED on Sundays.
- Please note that 3 business days is required to process orders before they are ready for pick up.
Refund Policy

Any home decor item such as candles & parfum can be exchanged/returned and refunded when notified within 72 hours of receiving the item. Any item returned/exchanged must be unused and in original condition and original packaging, undamaged.

Privacy Policy
Private information collected during the check-out process will be used exclusively for dispatching your order. Your information will not be used for any other purpose than providing to Sendle for delivery of goods purchased.
Your information will only be used for sending you newsletters via email if specifically requested by you.

COVID-19 Coronavirus
All visitors to our studio must check-in via our official Service NSW QR code.
The current situation is being closely monitored to ensure utmost health and safety within the business. Currrently, our online shop will continue to operate as usual. When visiting the premises to pick up orders, I recommend adhering to social distancing and wearing a mask. Lets work together to keep each other safe.
Wood wick candles
Wooden wicks work a little differently to traditional cotton wicks. They are a bit trickier. When initially burning a fresh candle, it may take a few goes to get it going. But once burning, it should burn consistently with that beautiful crackling that you want. Sometimes a little patience is all that it needs.
Try to maintain a 5mm wood wick height as this is the optimal height for consistent burning. Trim your wick after every burn.
Do not leave burning unattended.
